I am new to TTRPG so I have some questions:
I get frustrated because it seems this information is not included on a lot of game page descriptions on itch.io. Maybe it’s obvious to people who are already into TTRPGs, but not to me as a noob!
This is based on the Caltrop Core System and based from my quick read through it it seems to be one of the D4 based versions (meaning you use 4-sided dice here). For a general overview I recommend to check out the Caltrop Core to see if this playstyle is suiting you.
You need a GM to run this and based on my read I would not recommend for an unexperienced group or GM as there is only little on how to facilitate a session.
I did not come across a build in Solo Mode, so there is none. If you look for Solo mode games, I would recommend to look for games with that tag.
